Site Area: 6 Khatha, Unit: 4, Per unit area: 900 sqft
Mr. Monir is an expat living in Saudi Arabia. He has a plot near Khulna Zero Point where he wanted a build a multistoried residential building. Due to the importance of location, he wanted this project to be modern, progressive and representation of elegance. As he has been to places and witnessed architectural greatness, he set his standards really high.
