Zahir Haider (Sudan)
Chairman &  Chief Architect

MD. Zahir Haider (Sudan) is one of the finest young architects in the country. He completed his graduation in Architecture from Khulna University in 2015. Since then, he has worked for a number of organizations as both an architect and interior design specialist. He has already been part of a number of big projects and his works are prime examples of what the combination of creativity and excellence looks like. He is a co-founder and the Hon’ble Chairman of Exemplar Consortium Ltd.

Pritam Das
Managing Director

Mr. Pritam Das comes with a portfolio that is full of accomplishments. Initially from a science background, Pritam completed Bachelor of Urban Planning from Khulna University. He started his career as a development professional and as a result possesses in depth knowledge of project management, monitoring and evaluation etc. Afterwards, he earned his MBA degree from IBA, University of Dhaka which is the most prestigious business school of the country.

Though still very young, Mr. Pritam has already worked for a number of multinational and group of companies like Japan Tobacco International (JTI), Bashundhara Group etc. at various managerial positions. After proving himself both in the development sector and corporate world, he has joined hands with four other brilliant individuals in building Exemplar Consortium Ltd. A specialist in Marketing, Branding, Business Development & Trade; Mr. Pritam is also our chief business consultant.

Mehedi Mudasser
Director (Planning, Research and Development)

By profession Mehedi Mudasser is an Urban Planner and he has possessed around 6 years of experience in different organizations such as GO, NGOs, Consulting Firm, INGO and UN Agency. He completed his both Bachelor and Master Degree in Urban and Rural Planning from Khulna University. He was exceptional as a student with great academic achievements and continued his habit of being exceptional as a development professional also. He is a solutions-focused professional, offering handful experience in disaster management, vulnerability assessment, climate change adaptation, urban development and humanitarian action. Besides, Mehedi has hands on experience in project management with a certification in PRINCE2® Foundation.

Babujeet Halder
Director (Monitoring, Evaluation & HR)

Babujeet Halder is a development professional who possess plethora of experience in the field of project monitoring and evaluation. He has Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Masters’ degree in Development Studies (Khulna University). He has already worked for a number of local and international NGOs as a project monitoring and evaluation specialist and as a director of ECL, he takes care of both the project monitoring and human resources division.

SK Shahriar Shibly (Boby)
Director (Communications & PR)

SK Shahriar Shibly (Boby) is a Textile Engineer by profession having obtained his Bachelor’s degree from (Bangladesh University of Textile Engineering) BUTEX. However, his exceptional communication skills and ability to handle tricky situations means he is the person who suits this role perfectly.
